Showa Denko to further expand SiC epitaxial wafer capacity

Showa Denko announced the decision to further expand its capacity to produce high-quality-grade silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxial wafers for power semiconductors, which are marketed under the trade name High-Grade Epi (HGE), in addition to the currently conducted expan- sion work of the HGE production facilities.
