摘要

The total amount of insecticides in the cells of organism generally decreased with increase in cell density. Lowerbio concentration factors were seen with higher biomass. This indicated that higher the cell density lower the efficiency ofinsecticide absorption on unit cell or unit weight basis. The lowest concentration factor for dieldsin in yeast was observed at 0.1ppm after 8 hours and the highest with 1ppm after 1 hours.
