Introduction: Plyometric training is one of the most effective methods for improving explosive power. A wide variety of athletes can benefit from power training, particularly if training is followed by a strength-training program. The purpose of plyometric training is to improve the player's capacity to apply more force, more rapidly (Brad Adams, 2008). The purpose of this investigation was to find out the influence of plyometric training program on selected motor fitness components among University males.
