With the absence of an E&P IPO stretching back over a year, Berry Petroleum Corp. (NASDAQ: BRY) broke the dry spell with an offering of about 13 million shares priced at $14 each. The IPO was priced below the $15 to $17 expected offering range, and the offering size was reduced from an initial 18.75 million shares.
