How Apache applies CSTP for experienced workers

At Apache Energy, new and experienced workers must complete an evidence folder as part of the process for gaining a CSTP card. Apache developed this system to allow evidence to be compiled over time as a worker demonstrates behaviour and knowledge in the workplace.
