Evaluating on Talent Development Strategies and Trends of the Project Management in the Construction Industry

Project managers in the construction industry, play an important role for achieving project target. The construction industry also plays an important part in a nation's overall economy. The project team is comprised of the people who have assigned role and responsibilities for completing the project. Construction involves a demanding work environment with considerable potential to interfere of their vocation life. A questionnaire survey was conducted in this study to investigate the developmental potential and core competencies. This study provides a useful reference work of project human resource management which is to follow the relationship and technical cooperation in Taiwan.
