摘要

A new cyclopentenone derivative, hypocnone A (1), together with four known analogues, trichodenone B (2), 3-ethyl-4-hydroxycyclopent-2-enone (3), 3-ethyl-4,5-dihydroxycyclopent-2-enone (4), and 3-(1-hydroxyethyl)cyclopent-2-enone (5), were isolated from the fungus Hypocrea koningii associated with the sponge Haliclona sp. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data and comparison with the literature.
