Grid reliability, not Salmon Silky Tofu, on the menu

I was on the road the other day, at breakfast, when a colleaguelooked at the menu and ordered the salmon. I am constantlywatching what I eat, jogging, cleansing my system… oh whoam I kidding? Nine times out of 10 I have the breakfast buffetand concentrate heavily on the bacon, sausage, biscuits andgravy.But I thought, “Hey, the salmon sounds good, and I couldbenefit from a lighter meal.” So I said – “Sounds great. I’ll havethat too.”
