US affirms China, India AD duties on pipe, drops China CVD

The US International Trade Commission on Thursday issued affirmative finaldeterminations in the antidumping duty investigations of line pipe from China and India,but voted to terminate the countervailing duty investigation on line pipe imports fromChina.The ITC made affirmative determinations in its AD and CVD investigations of largediametercarbon and alloy welded line pipe from India and in its AD investigation of linepipe from China, however, all four ITC commissioners voted to terminate the CVDinvestigation on allegedly subsidized line pipe from China, according to a decision notice.
