A reverse microemulsion route was employed to synthesize the electromagnetic functionalized polyani_line/Mn_(0.6)Zn_(0.4)Fe_2O_4 nanocomposites (PANI/MZFO NCs) using SDS/water/cyclohexane/п-pentanol microemulsion. The structure and morphology of obtained products were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, and transmission electron micros_copy (TEM). The resulting nanocomposites exhibited a superparamagnetic behavior. The conductivity of MZFO nanoparticles was improved after coating with PANI. The probable formation mechanism of PANUMZFO NCs was proposed. The prepared nanocomposites may have potential applications in magnetoelectric device.
