Malaysia to host China's first overseas university campus

MALAYSIA has been chosen to host the first overseas Chinese university campus - a move that will bring Xiamen University and a new school of chemical engineering to the country. "The invitation is historic because this is the first time that the Chinese government has allowed one of its universities to set up its campus abroad," Malaysia prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak told reporters after a meeting with president of Xiamen University Zhu Chongshi.
