Shell tells US SEC it replaced 66% of output with new reserves

Royal Dutch Shell disclosed March 14,as expected,its year-end oil and gas reserves took another drop last year to 11.5 billion barrels of oil equivalent,down 3.5%.That was despite a 25% jump in upstream capital spending to US10.8 billion.
