PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that printing can not be carried out when a desired output bin is not empty in performing the print operation, and even if printing is made at just the right moment the output pin is emptied by warning ahead, in the case of another person starting printing earlier, the printing has to be again waited.;SOLUTION: An output bin to be used can be reserved according to the display of Figs. 9 and 10 so as to avoid the status where printing can not be executed for a long time by the desired output bin, and as for the reserved output bin, unless the use of the print job JOB related to the reservation is ended, the output bin can be precluded from being used by another print job JOB, whereby the print job related to the reservation can be avoided from co-existing with another print job in the output bin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
