Petro Rabigh Loses Power & Steam; All Operational Processes Halted

Rabigh—Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Co.'s (Petro Rabigh) complex in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, on 11 Sept. experienced a sudden cut in power, affecting electrical and steam supplies. Petro Rabigh said this has resulted in "a halt in operational processes" at the complex and it is working with Rabigh Arabian Water and Electricity Co., its power supplier, to reconnect electricity and utilities and restart its production.
