Northern Petroleum is set to kick off one 2D andtwo 3D seismic surveys before the end of 2011 onits Southern Adriatic permits.The surveys will cover the two large potentialstructures, as well as the Rovesti and Giove finds.Northern chairman Richard Latham said: “Coreto our Italian ventures is the high potential of theproven Durres oil and gas basin in the SouthernAdriatic Sea. Our first seismic surveys in the areaare scheduled before the end of 2011.
