The present invention relates to a composition for simultaneous diagnosis of corn smut, Southern corn leaf blight, and Northern corn leaf spot, comprising a primer pair specific to corn smut, a primer pair specific to Southern corn leaf blight, and a primer pair specific to Northern corn leaf spot; a primer pair for simultaneous diagnosis of corn smut, Southern corn leaf blight, and Northern corn leaf spot; a kit for simultaneous diagnosis of corn smut, Southern corn leaf blight, and Northern corn leaf spot, comprising the primer set; and a method for simultaneous diagnosis of corn smut, Southern corn leaf blight, and Northern corn leaf spot, comprising a step of performing multiplex PCR using, as a template, a DNA isolated from corn using the primer pair, to determine the occurrence of corn smut, Southern corn leaf blight, and Northern corn leaf spot. The method for simultaneous diagnosis of the present invention, which uses the kit for simultaneous diagnosis of three major diseases including corn smut, Southern corn leaf blight, and Northern corn leaf spot, enables simultaneous diagnosis of the three diseases without interference, thus saving time and efforts; and may enable rapid early diagnosis of the three diseases, thus contributing to preventing corn smut, Southern corn leaf blight, and Northern corn leaf spot, establishing comprehensive management system, and securing viable seeds thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
