摘要

Transmission line is one of the distributed circuit characterized by the time delay in signal propagation, so it possesses the different nature from that of the lumped circuit. But for Chua's type circuit composed of transmission line and nonlinear negative resistor, transmission line operates as LC tank circuit and we can observe the chaotic oscillation after the transient vanished. In this paper we derive the resemblance between the distributed transmission line and lumped LC ladder circuit by investigating the frequency response of the linear portion of Chua's circuit.
