In this paper, we calculate the current equation which is best suited to the experimental results of the voltage current characteristics of LEDs.In order to determine the best experimental formula of the voltage current characteristics of various LEDs, it is necessary to formulate a nonlinear equation which is not binary or coalition based on the idea of minimizing the square sum of the error, and solve it by the Newton method.At this time, huge differential calculus by paper and pen and computer programming are necessary.The validity of the exponential fitting has been confirmed by drawing the equation in the graph with Excel or by calculating the forward voltage drop in the simple circuit using the Newton method.Diagram
