摘要

The method and algorithm for evaluating characteristics of reliability and fatigue strength of components of mechanical constructions under the effect of multistep random vibration with a random spectrum are presented. The acting load is specified at the fastening points of the piece or in a dangerous section of the component. The method allows us to evaluate the probability of the fatigue failure of the component, the measure of accumulated damages at each loading step and the overall loading time, and the mean and the average quadratic deviation of the component "lifetime" logarithm. Software for the automated working place, which implements this method and makes it possible to introduce the initial data manually from the file of single loading and multiple loading, is developed.
