摘要

The delta13CPDB values of characteristic flavour components of Citrus reticulata essential oils were measured by GC/isotope ratio MS. For genuine essential oils a characteristic authenticity profile was established and used for the authenticity control of commercially available oils. In addition to cold-pressed C. reticulata essential oils, distilled C. reticulata and C. sinensis essential oils were investigated to assess blends of cold-pressed C. reticulata oils with these products.
