FERC issues environmental assessment for Sabine Pass LNG expansion

The FERC issued an environmental assessment for Cheniere's Sabine Pass LNG liquefaction expansion, concluding that the project "would not constitute a major federal action signifi-candy affecting the quality of the human environment." Included in the conclusions of the assessment, however, were 64 mitigation measures.
