THE TRIANGULAR BLOCKS OF EVEN NUMBERS IN PASCAL'STRIANGLE

We write each of 149 and 25 as a sum of powers of two, that is, 149= 2~7+2~4+2~2+1 and 25 = 2~4 + 2~3 + 1. Since 25 has a third power of 2 which is not included in the powers of 2 of 149, then is an even number. The algorithm used here is based on the following result.
