摘要

The effect of aqueous extract (10%) of nettle and Sporgon [prochloraz] 50 WP, an organic fungicide, on the growth of Trichoderma harzianum, infecting button mushroom (A. bisporus), was investigated. Measurements of the growth of the fungal colony were performed daily using the image processing method. The computerized method for analysing T. harzianum growth consisted of several stages. At all the stages, a standard set of working equipment, consisting of a computer, a flat scanner and an original computer program FotoDetekt, were used. The effect of the applied measurement method on the growth model of T. harzianum was investigated. The model was defined on the basis of the results obtained by traditional methods. The inhibitory effect of the neetle extract and the organic fungicide on the pathogen mycelium growth with respect to the control was statistically significant. The areas of fungal colony, determined by the computer, for particular repetitions in successive days after inoculation, were used to verify the growth model. The investigations indicated the compatibility of the growth model of the fungal colony subjected to the action of Sporgon 50 WP or to nettle extract with the earlier defined model.
