Degree of dendroflora infestation by aphids in Cytadela Park in Poznan.

Studies on the aphidofauna of trees and shrubs in Cytadela Park (Poland), were conducted in 2006-07. In each season, the material was collected from trees and shrubs at decade-long intervals from May to October. In 2006-07, a total of 67 aphid species from 2 families, i.e. Adelgidae and Aphididae, were collected. Aphis fabae on Euonymus europaeus, Aphis sambuci on Sambucus nigra, Brachycaudus divaricatae on Prunus cerasifera, Drepanosiphum platanoidis on Acer platanoides and Acer pseudoplatanus, Myzus cerasi on Prunus serrulata and Anoecia corni on Cornus sanguinea were the most numerous species on trees and shrubs.
