The Poznan incident was a political event in Eastern European countries against the Soviet system. In the first half of 1950s,the United States government took " containment" and " liberation" as the basic strategy forthe Soviet Union camp. However,these strategies were unable to find effective measures in the face of the Poland incident. In the case of Poznarn,the United States government mainly took evasive strategies,and had the necessary analysis on the outbreak. What's more,the United States government and non-governmental organizations adopted a series of effective coping strategies to solve the problems after Poznan. These strategies include concerns about the trials conducted by the government of Poland,material assistance and gifts for the general public,and of course,RFE campaigns. These strategies played an important role in the " peaceful evolution" of the Soviet Russia strategy,which was followed up in full swing. Or,in a sense, the events in Poznan and the Hungarian incident in the same year provided the necessary reasons and experiences for the USA to carry out the " evolution" strategy.%波兹南事件是东欧国家反对苏联体制的一次政治事件.美国政府在20世纪50年代前半叶以遏止和"解放"作为针对苏东阵营的基本策略,然而这些策略在面对波兰事件时,无法找到有效的措施来得以深入.在波兹南事件当中,美国政府主要是采取了回避的策略,同时对事件爆发的原因进行了必要的分析,更重要的是美国政府以及非官方机构针对波兹南事件之后的各种问题采取了一系列有效的应对策略.这些策略当中包括关注波兰政府进行的审判活动,针对普通民众的物资援助及赠送慰问品,当然也有RFE的宣传攻势等等,这些策略在随后全面展开的"和平演变"的苏东战略中,充当了重要的手段,或者说,从某种意义上讲,波兹南事件以及同年发生的匈牙利事件,对于美国展开"演变"策略均提供了必要的理由和经验.
