European Commission approves Ineos acquisition of Innovene

London-The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Innovene by Ineos,the EC said Dec 9.The Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the EEA or any substantial part of it.
