Restored Isaac to reinforce L&B steam by end of summer

Restoration of privately owned Bagnall 0-4-2T 3023/1953 Isaac is approaching completion at the Ffestiniog Railway's Boston Lodge works. The loco went to the FR in June 2012 following initial work atlan Howitt's Wakefield workshop. The boiler has been steam tested, and Isaac was likely to start running-in trials on the Welsh Highland Railway around late June, before moving to the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway.
