This building raises the game for speculative office designs, demonstrating that design-orientated architects can bring much more value to the city than mere profit.rnThis project provides a new space for the Michael Croft Theatre, study centre and IT lab, and stands as a beacon of quality in the midst of some rather bland accommodation surrounding it.
