摘要

Nonlinear holographic recording provides efficient coupling and associative reconstruction of complex optical signals even when direct (interference) coupling at the registration stage is abcent. The most of the effects of second-order hologram-based associative reconstruction is comprehensively interpreted within the quadratic hologram approximation. Here we represent the case, when experimentally observed effects can be explained only taking into account the higher-order components of an amplitude response of a hologram, including the fourth-order component.
