TEA-BREAKER POLL: RIGHT TO DISCONNECT

It is three years since France adopted its 'Right to disconnect' law (introduced as an amendment to the French Labour Code as part of a package of labour reforms)~1. Findings from Occupational Health at Work's exclusive Tea-breaker poll suggest that OH professionals overwhelmingly believe that the UK needs similar legislation. However, recent research suggests that imposing inflexible rules on email access is not necessarily the answer.
