TEA-BREAKER POLL:POST-PANDEMIC INVESTMENT IN OH

Occupational health has played a vital role in supporting employers during the COVID-19 pandemic -in turn, raising the profile of the profession. But will this greater recognition of the importance OH be sustained? Our June/July Tea-breaker poll asks: Do you now expect your employers/customers to make changes to their investment in OH over the next two years? Respondents were also asked, if investment is likely to change, where they think more money would be spent or where savings would be made. Most respondents thought that investment in OH would either grow (41%) or remain the same (45%) over the next two years, though some practitioners (14%) felt that investment would decline.
