PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic voting system for allowing a voter to vote even when voting card information cannot be read or a voting card is lost concerning the electronic voting system.;SOLUTION: In the electronic voting system, the voter inserts the voting card 30 issued by a voting card issuing device 10 to a voting apparatus 20 and performs a voting processing by a voting operation for the voting apparatus 20 to choose a candidate.
