This commentary introduces a special issue of NHSA Dialog dedicated to the implementation of Positive Behavior Supports and Interventions in early childhood settings by establishing the importance of designing service delivery systems that infuse mental health and social emotional programming into all aspects of program planning and forwarding Program-Wide Positive Behavior Support as a potentially effective practice to accomplish this goal. Next, a summary of the articles included in the special issue is provided.
