The Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are constituted by a large number of low-cost mini sensor nodes. Sensor nodes will collect all kinds of data for a long period of time, but the types and the amount of data are different from different positions in the monitoring region. So the energy consumption condition of these nodes are also different. If no steps are taken, the energy holes will easily emerge, and the networks will have part paralysis. From this point of departure, this paper puts forward an optimized algorithm of grid calibration, combines the node deployment and energy consumption distribution. We focus on theory as well as practice when researching the optimized algorithm, we use the grid calibration algorithm as the base, which is convenient manipulated in reality.
