One recent news report that caught my interest was an article on food fraud from The Atlantic entitled, "The Surprisingly Subde Art of Food Fraud" by N. Twilley and C. Graber (https://www. theatlantic.com/science/archive/2017/06/food-fraud/529374/). Twilley and Graber make entertaining conversation in a podcast about food fraud, including the widespread use of horse meat in foods in the United Kingdom in 2013.
