Mindset can go miles on the road to a multiple-media environment

For the past few years we've written and said again and again how newspapers, particularly newsrooms, should "transform" or "evolve" into a multiple-media environment to survive and compete in this "new-news-per-second" society. There is no doubt that newspapers are finally embracing this philosophy. What does it take to reach the lofty status of multiple media? Most would say a good start is having the right mindset.
