System of road signaling milestones beaconing road fluorescent rotating device which rotates freely by the action of air, naturally or by vehicle traffic itself, providing light signaling that allows the driver orientation farther than other devices. It consists of a landmark (1) with openings in the sides and a fluorescent rotating device (7) which is attached to a clamping plate (5) within the landmark itself. The system can produce fluorescent light signals continuous or intermittent.
