Spicy churrasco blend offers a feel of Brazil

A spicy Brazilian ingredient blend to celebrate the forthcoming Rio 2016 Olympics, as well as two new barbecue seasonings and an alternative stuffing mix, have been launched by EHL Ingredients. Bringing traditional South American flavours to British consumers, the Brazilian-style churrasco seasoning contains a blend of red bell peppers, black pepper, tomato, onion, garlic and bay leaf. It is claimed to work particularly well with grilled chicken dishes.
