Commission launches consultation on RoHS

Stakeholders have until 6 March to participate in a European Commission consultation on new bans under the RoHS (restriction of certain hazardous substances in waste electrical and electronic equipment) directive. The consultation, which opened on 21 January, is the first of four to take place between this month and September.
