摘要

A whole process scheme for the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test and verification of Autonomous Emergency Braking System (AEB) was designed in the paper, including the development of simulation test cases based on the 2021 version of C-NCAP management rules, construction of test scenarios based on simulation software of Carmaker, the building of a virtual vehicle model based on the key vehicle dynamics parameters and sensor parameters of a mass-produced vehicle, as well as the execution of automated HiL test and data analysis of test results. The simulation test program proposed in this paper can support the development of the AEB system, especially the CSFA-50 scenario.
