‘Follow the Science’ Often Misses the Mark with Nutrition

We made it through 2020, and 2021 may or may not be much better. There appear to be multiple vaccines for COVID-19 that have either already started to be distributed or will start being distributed soon. At least one of the vaccines may cause a severe allergic reaction in some individuals. We also still don’t know how effective it is.
