Comparative Studies of Cooking Fuels and the Need to Harness Induction Cooking: South Africa as a Case Study

摘要

This paper has discussed the use of induction cooking for the poor and has further ascertain thatinduction cooking technology is more efficient. Through comparison with other cooking fuels, this study hashighlight that electricity is cheaper to cook but it has not worked in the past. Emphasis is on thechallenges/barriers to induction cooking for the poor which has been discussed.
