In the department of physical education authors offered results of changes of level of functional and physical development dart out on a discussion for students basic and special medical groups foremost due to individualization of the physical loadings, and also due to the special psychological approaches on employments on physical education. In opinion of authors exactly individualization of physical education (especially in psychological aspect) and distributing on the proper educational sub-groups [1] gives additional possibility of considerable improvement of UFFR. Such distributing, carried out during the leadthrough of employments on physical education with students basic and special medical groups, and also use of the original system of employments an are of physical education [2, 3, 4] and psychological approaches is in opinion of authors that basis, what causes optimization of physical loadings and improvement of level of functional and physical development.
