This is the issue that usually travels to the International Cheese and Dairy Awards here in the UK, which have been postponed until October this year, from their usual place in July. I for one am giddy at the prospect of heading up to see the awards in their new home at the Staffordshire Show Ground and to try and sample as many of the 5,000 or so cheeses that will be under the roof.In the meantime, we have Debbie Stewart, sales and marketing director for the awards, under the spotlight in our A Working Day… feature on page 50. Also rather excitingly, we have two cheesy interviews. One with Feltham Farms on page 16, and Jenny Deeprose's interview with Francis Gimblett, author of Gimblett's Guide to the Best of British Cheeses on page 28.
