摘要

ISO-2361-1 health guidelines do not consider the posture on the vibration platform; the risk does not reflect the transmitted vibration. The transmissibility decreases while the quantified risk increases. Moreover, the exposure time in WBVT is intermittent but it is continuous in the work field. Then, comparison between the two areas may not be useful for assessing the heath effect of exposure to vibrations.Further studies are needed to adapt the safety standard to vibration training and to quantify the real risk of this exercise using different parameters.
