Legislation that mandates a study of the environmentaland human health impacts of operations at JFK Internationaland LaGuardia airports has made it through the State Legislatureand now awaits the signature of Gov. Andrew Cuomo(D).The state Senate passed the bill on June 6 and the StateAssembly approved it in the early morning hours of June 21as the current session of the Legislature was ending.
