The method involves classifying data sets of healthy study participants from multiple data sets (1) as false-negative datasets and a data set of diseased study participants as false-positive datasets using a probability process. The data sets are stored in different locations according to the classification. Diseases and severity of diseases are differentiated. Each data set is provided with a flag, in which the classification result is stored. The false-positive datasets are manually evaluated by a doctor. An independent claim is also included for a computer implemented system for classifying a data set.
