The Court of Appeal has reinstated the tribunal's decision in Procter & Gamble's case concerning Pringles crisps. These are usually 40% potato as opposed to normal crisps, which have a potato content of around 70%. The Court of Appeal nonetheless opined that they were potato crisps and standard rated.
