Following a challenging couple of years, the 2011 ICAEW/Robert Half Career Benchmarking Survey of some 3,000 ACAs working in industry reveals that the accountancy profession is showing promising signs of recovery. While there are mixed views among members on future prospects for career development, the good news is a general return of salaries and bonuses to pre-recessionary levels.
