Rationale and ObjectivesBreast dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) MRI scanning protocols vary widely. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of post-contrast timing on delayed-phase lesion kinetics assessment and ability to discriminate malignant from benign lesions.
